We are planning to migrate our SAP systems as below (Using imp/exp)

I have two question based on the above scenario.
- I was trying to find media of Oracle 11g and Kernel 721ext for our release NW701 for the target install. But I was not able to find that media. Where can i find this media. And If this particular media is not available than how can I proceed to accomplish migration as above.
- I noticed that at service marketplace SWPM is available with kernel version 7.20. My question is that. SWPM with this kernel version will support the migration of my system with different kernel release i.e. 721ext (As shown above)?
