JAVA System not starting - Problem in UME

Dear Experts,

We have installed Java instance (Netweaver 7.0 SR3) for GRC system and mapped existing ABAP stack(Netweaver 7.31) as backend system. After we configured UME, JAVA instace is not starting up. we have given exact host and user credentials. we have checked in configtools and seems everything is fine.

Please find the server0 developer trace file below,

Fatal#com.sap.engine.services.userstore##Plain####can not instantiate UserContext with given properties

Exit code -11113

Kindly provide suggestions to sort it out.
