Program: RSUVM007 terminated with Database error

Hello together,

we started a System measurement in our Landscape but  some JOBs of the program  RSUVM007 canceled . So we can't download the results of the measurement. I can't find any dumps our entries in the syslog.  Only in SM37 :  Job canceled

The error is:

Our release is SAP NW 7.40 SP 9

I've checked the SAPNOTE:  1625363 - Job RSUVM007 canceled with databaseerror

but this Note is always to release 7.31

Anyone an idea to fix this Problem?
