Configure CCMS alert moniter to send email

Hi all Basis Gurus,

I am asked to configure the CCMS alert moniter(RZ20) in such a way that whenever a THERSHOLD value is reached it should trigger an email(both to SAP mailbox and external mailid).

And i am asked to do this for various values related to SPOOLING, BCK Ground, CPU and others....

FYI we are running ECC 5.0 with Win 2003 and Oracle...

Also i have walked thru many help links about this issue but i find that it all explains about ALERT MONITOR with XI, i request you to kindly help me get this activity done on R3 system alone.
