Error giving in Application Communication Config & Consumer Group

Hi,

We are trying to deploy 1 DC but getting below mentioned error while trying to deploy the same on portal server (7.3).

While checking application communication config in NWA, getting similar error as shown in screenshot.

Any suggestion like what is going wrong here.
