Stuck with the new SUM on windows

Hi, all

I am trying to upgrade the BW server from 7.3.1 to 7.5 on windows 2008R2. DB is oracle.

According to the some links I found, I upgraded the hostagent to the latest level and from user sidadm, I ran d:\SUM\STARTUP.BAT confighostagent SB7. SB7 is the BW SID and d:\SUM is where I extracted the SUM package into. All working.

When I connect, with url http://hostname:1128/lmsl/.... I get HTTP 500.

Looking at the dev_saphostexec, I see error:

Sorry, cut and paste doesn't work for me on SDN so I have to paste the picture. I still hate this SDN web layout even though they put it in 5 years ago. Anyhow, the services saphostcontrol and saphostexec are run under "SYSTEM".
