Change url called by attachment download

Hello,

I have a problem in my SAP systems. Some of the users use NWBC to work and they need to download attachments from other systems.

For exemple : they work on SCM nwbc and try to download a attachment from ECC, The url called at this time is like "http://<hostname_of_ECC_AS.domain_name.com:xxxx/......"  but the proxy doesn't allow the end users to reach "hostname_of_ECC_AS.domain_name.com" url.

I need to use a generic hostname but i don't find where to change the original AS hostname by a generic hostname, can you help me ?
