When I am trying to activate Badi /SAPSLL/PI_SD0A_TRANSFER in T/Code SE19, the message i am getting is the badi does not exist. So how to create the badi and then activate to establish a connection between ECC 6 with GTS system.

When I am trying to activate Badi /SAPSLL/PI_SD0A_TRANSFER   in T/Code  SE19, the message i am getting is the badi does not exist. So how to create the badi and then activate in ECC  to establish a connection between ECC 6 with GTS system.
