Conversion UNICODE. During restart SAP, the message server log don't stop working with error

Hello

When i start my system ECC6 EHP7 after a unicode conversion. I get error on my "message server."

Export of my conversion unicode is completed and import is in the step of "Run abap report" o SWPM but this step can't to do that, because sap is not running

I'm on AIX /Oracle 11.2.0.3

You'll find in attached post dev_ms; dev_enqio_0 and dev_disp files
