OAAD Http401 after changing user password

Hi all,

I'm wondering if you have encountered this problem before, where you change the password for the user under OAAD, in our case it's called photouser HTTP:401 Unauthorized occurs, and the user locks after a few tries of uploading the photo a few times. I can't figure out where else I need to put this new password besides in the SICF default_host/bc/sap/contentserver.

Any ideas guys? I'm pretty new to this OAAD, OAC0 thing. Just to note, we are using SAP System Database for this and not an external content server.
