SAPUI5 component upgradtion error in ECC 6.0 EHP5

Hi Experts,

While upgrade the UI5 components with the help of STACK.XML file in ECC system(ERP6EHP5).

System details:

ECC6.0 EHP5

SP level ->702-0007 (basic components)

SQL server -> 2008

We are getting the errors.

If the job is running in Dialog mode the below error is occured.

Note: We have increase the "rdisp/max_wprun_time" to 3600,after that also same issue we are facing.

If the job is running in background the below error is occured.

While upgrading UI5 component in background mode,same screen is repeating.

Please help me to resolve the issue.
