background job gives an error message for few data when executed ...

Hi Experts  ,

I have  a report which is executed in background for multiple orrders , but it gives an error message 'The system could not save the data' for few of the orders , but interestingly when I process those orders individually , no such issue is encountered .

Also when the report is executed for the same variant in dev system (i.e for mass orders) even then no such issue occurs .

Please suggest what could be the issue .
