How to change batch-input data queue by a function / program?

Hi everybody,

I wanted to ask how I can change data of batch-input queues in SM35 with a function / method / program?

These batch inputs are not processed so I want to change them programatically. I already checked the tables APQI and APQD but they don't persist the fields.
