Sending background job output by sapoffice

Hello Gurus,

We run MB52 in background with a variant then send the spool list to a distribution list of SAP users, so they can check the output in sapoffice.

The job run fine, but the users get only 16 pages out of 174 pages in the attachment in their inbox!

We tried to set the parameter SP01_TO to higher number for each the background job owner, and the receipient but it didn't work.

Through TC SP01 the admin can see the output request of the job with all pages.

So any advice to make the user receive the complete report in his/her sapoffice mailbox?
