I got the same error for deployment in system copy of SAP portal NW70 including CRM BP as it was already posted in thread 2135964 a year ago.
But I cannot see how I can apply the suggested SAP note to solve the issue. It is not clear whether there is any solution to this issue which may be related to the fact that a CRM BP is included in system copy.
The system copy got stucked with error in java deployment of the CRM components (Source system with CRM Business Package):

The systemID of target System is P3U; system ID of source system is P32.
I do not understand why the deployment target here is: /usr/sap/P32/SYS/global/config/cm
