does anybody know how to get date difference. I am new to work manager. The requirement is like you have client entered date & system date the difference of this two should not be greater than 24 hour.

for example

client entered  date - 15.01.2015 23:38 PM

system date - 16.01.2015 00:26 AM

here the diff is greater than 24hour.

please tell me how can I compare this in agentry?

We have upgraded our SAP portal from 7.3 SP08 to SP11.Also we have upgraded our SRM from 7.01 to 7.03. We are using Flex on top of SRM. Before upgrade we were able to see all flex contents. Now we are getting the below error in upgraded systems.

"The Flash control is not responding. Possibly the Java plug-in of the browser is deactivated or not installed. "

Our other systems which we have not upgraded are working fine. Can you please help us.

We are using flash island as root element of webdynpro component. We are using SDK 3.2.

when we are run any report and try to download it into Excel it misses some data the report sum and excel sum does not match on prd Server

but for QUA and Dev it shows right values..

we have recently upgrade from EHP4 to EHP6 before that all report shows right values

it throws following errors

I'm installing the SAP Netweaver 7.4 SR2(as Application Server JAVA) for SAP Mobile Documents installation and the installation stopped in this point.

An error occurred while processing option SAP NetWeaver 7.4 Support Release 2 > MS SQL Server > SAP Systems > Application Server Java > Standard System > Standard System( Last error reported by the step: Instance SMD/SCS01 [PARTIAL] did not start after 5:00 minutes. Giving up.). You can now:

Choose Retry to repeat the current step.

Choose Log Files to get more information about the error.

Stop the option and continue later.

Log files are written to C:\Program Files/sapinst_instdir/NW740SR2/MSS/INSTALL/STD/.

I have attached the screenshot for the same along with error logs.

An import of the request was started on the wrong client. The import is canceled with the message "Client 100 does not exist. Choose another client". If I try to restart the import on the right client, I get the following error:

One of my RUSSIA Consultant ( where maximum PDF's are being used) is trying to generate a report PDF forms .

When consultant generating the required report for 1 user - the PDF form is opening,

But, When he is trying to generate for mass users (like a for a business unit around 1500 users) , he is getting the error as below

Please note for 1 user it is working, but for mass users it is not working.

I requested them to do in slice the data and do this, but  for what ever  reasons, they require this in a single run (let us not challenge there why sliced runs can not work)

     The function module "HRF_GET_IBAN_FROM_BT" is called,

     but cannot be found in the library.

     Error in the ABAP Application Program

     The current ABAP program "/1PYXXFO/DPA_ENTGELTNACHW_PRNT" had to be terminated

      because it has

     come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

What can you do?

     Note down which actions and inputs caused the error.

     To process the problem further, contact you SAP system

     administrator.

Using Transaction ST22 for ABAP Dump Analysis, you can look

     at and manage termination messages, and you can also

     keep them for a long time.

Error analysis

    An exception occurred that is explained in detail below.

    The exception, which is assigned to class 'CX_SY_DYN_CALL_ILLEGAL_FUNC', was

     not caught in

    procedure "INSERT_PAYMENTS" "(METHOD)", nor was it propagated by a RAISING

     clause.

    Since the caller of the procedure could not have anticipated that the

    If an enqueue/dequeue module is involved, is the activation

    of the lock object missing in the ABAP/4 Dictionary?

I have to increase abap/buffersize,size of export/import buffer..etc. parameters .I tried through RZ10,but my problem is : in RZ10 there is no as such parameter is displayed that's why didn't able to change.

When i tried to display by RZ11,it shows in display mode.

In RZ11 it shows,but in RZ10 it didn't...

Why is it so..?

From where i increase the value of these parameters...??

I have created a webservice consumer proxy class and have now configurated its logical port in SOAMANAGER.

When configuration is done, saved and logical port is activated a button appears where u can 'Ping Web Service'

I did that and get the errror:  SRT Framework exception: Service Ping ERROR: Error when calling SOAP runtime functions ICR error when receiving the response: ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED.

The issue is that SOAMANAGER did not generate a HTTP RFC connection for the Logical Port on the ERP system i transaction SM59. Why is that missing?

was wondering if you ever encountered this issue before, we are running on erp6.0 on ehp 5 on mssql 2012. Recently, there has been a request to tighten security, so one of the requests was to hide the instance of the mssql server using the following method:

However I noticed after doing this and restarting my CI, that sap would not start anymore. Does any one know why this is so? or know any articles that talk about such things? I tried raising an OSS message but they just said this is a setting only controlled by mssql and doesn't have any relations to sap kernel so they can't advise. I'm thinking it's coz the SAP CI can't find the DB instance thus stops working. Unfortunately I don't have any logs on this as I reverted the changes and there has been some other maintenance tasks that have happened in the past week which got the server restarted a couple of times.

Just wondering whats your take on this from a technical perspective?

I have some doubts on logical system and ALE please help to clarify

If I create new entries for logical systems (bd54) in HR DEV for ECC DEV/QA/PRD, SRM DEV/QA/PRD and transport it to HR QA where I have already defined logical systems for the partner systems (i.e. HR QA to ECC QA/ SRM QA) would it jeopardize the entire ALE configuration/distribution model set-up already?

Best practice is to create logical systems individually i.e HR DEV to ECC DEV/SRM DEV , HR QA to ECC QA/SRM QA or create an entry for all ECC DEV/QA/PRD in HR DEV and transport it thru the HR landscape..

Please share your thoughts

I am doing Upgrade of ERP EHP6 of HR components (SAP_HR and EA_HR) with SAINT and got an error in TEST_IMPORT PHASE.

Function HR_PL_D_DE_OZTBAU (3101 58) does not fit into the existing function group ((31DE 76))

Message no. TW165

Diagnosis

A function module with LIMU FUNC ... was transported in the transport request.

An import is only possible if this function module belongs to the same

• function group in the target system and

• has the same internal number as in the source system.

These conditions were not observed in the target system.

This problem can occur,

• if an entry LIMU FUNC ... is included in a transport request manually in the object list editor,

• or if a function module is deleted, and then created again under the same name in another function group, and deletion and creation are recorded in the same change request.

System Response

The function module was not imported.

Procedure

You can remove the error by making another transport from the source system. Transport the affected function groups once more in their entirety. To do this, use the transport object R3TR FUGR ... .

You can avoid the second type of error (deletion and creation in another function group) as follows:

• In the ABAP Workbench use the function Reassign, or record the deletion and the new creation in separate change requests.
  Release the change request with the deletion before you release the change request with the new creation.

Do you have any idea what to do? My SAINT/SPAM was on the newest level. All other packages were imported successfully.

http://<fully qualified host name>:<http port>/sap/bc/nwbc/nwbc_launch  our afcr3xxci and port is 8001

goto -> parameters -> display -> check icm/host_name_full, here the fqdn is shown  afcr3xxci

when i give

http://afcr3xxxci:8001/sap/bc/nwbc/nwbc_launch it said invalid URL

and not able to start with nwbc

our all service are activated in sicf

give some suggestion

is it compulsory to icm/host_name_full   to maintain
