I am trying to install SAP NetWeaver 7.31 AS ABAP on RHEL 6.4  Amazon cloud instance (EC2), but the installer fails with the below error message. Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue?

I have created a webservice at the backend and i have imported to the model.I am getting the following error while i try to execute my application

com.sap.engine.services.webservices.jaxrpc.exceptions.XmlUnmarshalException: XML Deserialization Error. XML is not valid. Node <documentation> child of <wsdl:definitions> not described in Schema.

Can any one please help me to solve this issue?

Hello Experts.

We have a NON-SAP MES System which is registered on gateway of application Server with a program ID.

We have created a RFC Connection [Type -T] with registered server program.

We see in WE02 - with status "03" - "Data Passed to Port OK"; But actually the IDOCs are not at all received at Target MES System.

We did lot of activities, like restarts, mapped ti different app servers and so on, increased trace level of gateway and so on. But nothing given us light to know where the IDOCs were on hold.

Finally all of sudded after few hours, all the pending IDOCs received at MESS System.

In this Jucture, we request experts, how to understand , why the IDOCS were not received , even thoguh the stsatus is "03" and from where & how , they all reached in 1 go to  MES System.

I'm wondering if it is possible to deploy SCA-Files to a not running AS Java using JSPM.

For example in a situation when AS Java won't come up and one is trying to patch a component. Can this be done?

Form my point of view JSPM (or J2EE_ADMIN) need a running Java Stack for authentication.

Is there any workaround for this?

Now I have a requirement to upgrade BI 7.1 to BI 7.3

1. To my knowledge this is the sequence of versions for BW:- BW 7.0, BW 7.01, BW 7.3 - Is this correct?

2. If yes what is BI 7.1 ? Where does it fit into ?

Is there any standard SAP program which I can use to add and remove an application server to/from a particular logon group? It can be manully done from transaction SMLG. But I want to automate this.

Dear Experts,

I would like to know how to sort out the below issue.

The tables size is within a GB but those LOB segments are 17 or 15 GB in our server.

Tables are TST03,DYNPSOURCE,DWTREE,REPOSRC and etc.

The above four are top size LOB segments in the server.

Oracle release is 11.2.0.2.0

I had gone through  SNOTES and forums.

Still i need more clarifications on how to avoid the growth in feature and best way to compress the largest LOB segments.

I finally succeeded installing the Sneak preview 7.02 for 64-bit windows 7, but I cannot get the license key to work. Have retrieved it from the license key web page, but the file (for SID NSP) refers to installationDEMOSYSTEM, whereas my installation shows installation number to be SAP-INTERN... how is this possible?

I've tried requesting the license keys for both NSP and NPL, but in both cases the installation in the file is DEMOSYSTEM. My system stubbornly states it is called SAP-INTERN... any solutions?

   We are installing ECC 6 with EHP6 using SWPM, after providing all the parameters installation starts, the systems asks us to start oracle installation. But when we try to start the runinstallaer we get the following error

The Oracle executable /oracle/<SID>/11203/bin/oracle is empty or does not exists.

The installation is being done on solaris system.

This is the same problem as I have. So I installed the lookback adapter, changed the host file adding the following line:

10.10.0.10 Jérôme-PC

after having checked that my hostname is "Jérôme-PC" of course.

The ping on the IP adress is valid.

PS: I got a windows 7 64 bits and tried to install the SAP trial 64 bits but windows says that the program is not responding then I get this message:

In this system i tried to create a user from tcode scc4 . when i try to login to the new client with the username SAP* and password minisap i am not able to login. What will be the default username and password for the newly created client in minisap.
