Does anyone knows what is needed in order to enable SSO passport for Service Marketplace. Namely in Internet Explorer I got error:

"No technical request data was transferred from the previous page. Usually this occurs if ActiveX is not enabled. Enable 'Active X plugins' in the Internet Explorer:

Tools> Internet Options > Tab Security> Custom Level... > Mark Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins. Click on Apply for SAP Passport again."

I tried this hint but it did not help. It is happenning in Internet Explorer 11. Should I downgrade it. If so how can I do that?

Hi,

We have a TCP/IP RFC that fails with reason ''ERROR: program not registered''.

How can i identify what program is being called? and the location of this program?

Under technical settings tab, the program ID mentioned in Registered Server Program may not be the actual program, am i correct?

Is there a way to trace which program and from what location it is being called?

Please advice.

I wish to update my SAPJVM patch to 59 for SAPJVM 6 on Netweaver 7.3 SP 7.

We're currently on SAPJVM patch 17.

However, while trying to update it via JSPM (Updating SAP JVM - SAP JVM - SAP Library), SAPJVM is not available in the list of available components in JSPM.

I don't wish to do it the manual way/SUM...

Please do advise if there's some way to "bring" it into JSPM so that JSPM can then update it.../ or maybe I'm missing something very basic...

Dear All,

I have been facing high CPU utilization problem in my PI Production server. In DEV PI there is no such issue. There are no messages in SXMB_MONI (PI PROD) and some adapter engine channels (PI PROD) are polling at intervals. The channel polling is happening in PI Development server also, but it is consuming less CPU utilization than PI Production. What might be the cause? Please help..

We a Job running in environment which is for creating back order deliveries. This Job runs 5 time a day at different time.

My question here is that sometime it finishes in 5 Minutes and the other time take more that 30 mins. There is no trend being shown by this job in this time variation.

Can you please let me know is there any way to check what data/trasactions are being processed in a batch Job.

Long run of this Job is hampering the business hence require your quick help on this.

I am facing a problem when I am deploying my product in the NW server.

This product contains a EJB component whose classes are published as WS.

I have to deploy this application in 2 different servers, in one of them it works fine but in the other one I get an error.

I created a much simpler project in order to find the cause of the error. This project contains a single Session Bean with only one simple method. It deployed successfully but when I tried to publish this class as a WS I got the same error as before.

Below is the error log and if you wanted I could send the simpler product.

I'm usig Web As 640 Abap+Java Sp16.

I was not able to logon anymore to the J2EE, both Visual Admin or vie the J2EE Start Page, so i did the following:

1) i checked in config tool wich was the ume.r3.connection.master.client

2)with SU01 in the Was 640, into the master client i changed the psw for J2EE_ADMIN

3) i logged with J2EE_ADMIN to define a definitive psw into the master client

4) with config tool i selected the 'Secure Store' node, and changed the parameter admin/password/J2EE_ADMIN

5) restarted the J2EE server and......

...it does not come up.

Into the jvm_bootstrap.log we see the msg :

"ORA-01017 invalid username/passoword, logon denied

What's wrong ? About wich user/psw is talking about and how I can modify it as I cannot start the configtool also ?

   We use sap ecc 6.0 and we cut sap maintenance contract some years ago,now we want to upgrede the hardware,so we request a new licese key,but when we request from service.sap.com/support,it says "You do not have a maintenance contract for this installation.Please contact SAP contracts to arrange for a maintenance contract."

  As far as I know,maintenance contract is for download patch and ehp.We requese a license key not maintenance certificate.Why we can't request a license key?

I've been trying to activate my SAP mini server for quite a while now. I tried all suggestions I found on this plattform or on google as well as the offricial manual's instructions. Nothing has worked so far. Without the proper acitve license I can't activate my bcuser in order to add tables in se11 or change data in SE38

I login with sap* and go to SLICENSE

Then I request a valid key from https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap%28bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==%29/bc/bsp/spn/minisap/minisap.htm

I only can enter the Hardware key as a value.

System-Nr and InstNo can not be entered.

What do I need to enter in SDN User ID? I added the bcuser loginname or NSP....

I receive a txt file via email "NSP.txt"

In this file I find different values than I have in my SLICENSE overview. This concerns Hardware key

I try to install the file via the procedure described by SAP.

First Error:

This system's installation number is "SAP-INTERN", but there is a license key for installation number "DEMOSYSTEM" in the license key file.

I change the value in the txt file manually to SAP-INTERN and try to install it again

Second Error:

This system's system number is "000000000311558752", but there is a license key for system number "000000000312172897" in the license key file.

I also change the System-Nr manually and try to install again:

Third Error:

rc of SsfLibVerify: 5 = SSF_API_SIGNER_ERRORS = there are signer errors.

uResult = 27 = SSF_API_SIGNER_NOT_OK/SSF_API_RECIPIENT_NOT_OK = Signature not valid / operation not okay for recipient.

This output has always been the same for the last couply of attempts.

Please assist.

I've installed the SAP NetWeaver Application Server ABAP 7.4 SP03 on SAP HANA via the SAP Cloud Appliance Library on a Public EC2 on AWS.

I just want to acces the Server to play arround a bit with the ADT.

I disabled the firewall on the server an opened all needed ports in the AWS (22,3200,..,50000,50001,and the HANA Ports)

As it seems the Port 22 is the only on that is available (Any other connection attempt but ssh fails and a Port-scan on the corresponding IP supports my assumption)

The IP is: 54.242.102.136

What can I do to be able to work with the server? A SAP GUI - connection would be a good start.

(The Server is not in a VPC, so I guess I don't need a VPN-tunnel, right?)

(And YES, I am new to SAP...)
