ERP 6.0 Installation failure during Import Java Dump

I am installing ERP 6.0 SR3 on a Windows 2008 server, with SQL 2005 SP3 and doing central system installation.

The installation has stalled on phase 19 while importing Java dump.

I have checked database connectivity and all appears to be working fine, I can connect to the database using both admsid and SAPServiceSID aacounts.

My Java version is j2sdk-1_4_2_16-windows-amd64.exe.

Has anyone come across this and if so would be very much appreciated, if you could provide a solution or suggestions.

Can we delete the ASCS instance that got installed by installing NWA740. We tried to delete the ASCS profile and when we tried to log in to the system it took a long time to log in and ended by throwing dump. Suggest how can we delete ASCS and are there any post steps that needs to be performed after the deletion of ASCS.

Our ECC system is on EHP7 and currently we have requirement to activate the spreadsheet option in ML84 tcode.

Currently

List -->Export -->Spreadsheet is grayed out in ML84.

We need you views on how we can activate it without using any customizations or enhacement or we can suggest any other tcode instead of ml84 to display service entry sheets.

Hello everyone,

I tried to connect to CRM GUI at home, but i was unable to do so. I normally connect to SAP and CRM via VPN connection. I have no problem connecting to SAP applications, I can also work on CRM WEB UI with no problems. It is just that i am not able to connect to CRM GUI at all. I have been told by the consultants that I need an authorisation for that, but did not tell me what authorisation I need for CRM.

Can you please tell me what to do?

Hello

We are migrating our MSS installation from 6.40 SP 20 to 7.02 SP17.

On our Dev system the installation is done & all content has been successfully migrated with one exception. One of our iViews is not working properly. During our installation several years ago we requested slight amendments to the code for this iView. We now want to debug the code to find out why it’s failing.

I’m trying to use SAP Netweaver Developer Studio but can’t figure out how to use it with the code we have. This link seems useful http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw73/helpdata/en/4a/c257410a322048e10000000a421937/content.htm but when I try Debug Configurations -> SAP Application & a new configuration it seems I need to load a module. What is a module?

I’ve found the relevant code which is in a .java file inside a .jar. I’ve tried putting these files (& the containing folders) in the workspace folder but the tool doesn’t recognise these as modules.

If I'm approaching this from the wrong angle please advise – otherwise how do I use Developer Studio to do this kind of thing?

1) Does SAP allow to open the port by the java application easily or do we have to customize anything?

Now I am getting a different issue,while sending some external mails(solution manager-send objects with note)i am getting the following error,

"Message cannot be processed as it cannot be converted Message no. XS834",I can send the same mail to Internal Users not to the Internet Address.

Here I am explaining scenario

We have two system P6 and SAP and our requirement is

we need to import data from SAP to P6.

There is one RFC which is using to fetch the data from SAP

When we call this RFC by JCO that time it works fine.

Problem is we are not able to fetch data from same RFC by webservice.

when I am doing unit testing and debuging that time I come to know

there is one class 'CL_MESSAGE====================CP'

VALIDATE_CACHE Method of this class call another class 'CL_OTR_MESSAGE' and

-Method - FETCH_RAW_TEXT throw bellow error message

1.'XSLT exception'

2.An error occurred during serialization in the simple transformation program

These errors are coming from below query . Please explain

why we are using table 'sotr_text' and How to resolve this issue.

Below query is executed under Method - FETCH_RAW_TEXT

Hello,

when running RZ70 on the AS it sends not all data to the SLD.

It's a netweaver 7.4.

It only sends the information that a SRM System is installed but not that a NetWeaver 7.4 is running this application.

Is there a way to force the rz70 to send more information to the SLD?

Is there a way to deactivate the "expired certificate" popup that appears when logging on to an SAP ABAP system?

I mean else than deleting the expired certificates or the certificates that will expire soon.

Hi Experts,

Now , I'm going to SSL Settings between SAP Content Server and End-user-PC.

Of course, we will purchase CA.

But , we don't know how to configuration SSL Settings.

Please let me know the manual or procudure.

I thought that I have to set parameter via VA or Configtool,

but On Content Server go.bat or configtool doesn't exit.

Also I thought I have to execute TCD:STRUST on ECC,

but I think it is between ECC and Content Server.

Not between Content Server and End-User-PC.

Hello

In my quality SAP system emails cannot be send when they contain an

attachment. In development there is no issue,. . when using transaction SO01

while attaching file of any format it throws a error message "

Documents of this type are not allowed in your system (SO322) for

attachments". SOPE entries og both the systems dev and quality are

identical.

Also while analysing SLG1 logs for the user at the time at which error

occurs 2 error messages can be seen as follows "HTTP error: 401

ICS:3001: The referenced certificate having beenissued

by 'CN=FAA,OU=I0020136337,OU=SAP Web AS,O=S" and "An error occurred

when calling module SCMS_DOC_CREATE_FILES".

Please help me resolve this problem at the . i have attached

the screenshot of all the errors and slg1 logs.

Hi Gurus,

It's very interesting if it'll possible to install two NetWeaver Java 7.3 application servers on same Suse Linux host. Now we have them running on two different Linux servers, but we are considering the idea to setup them on one Linux server. Doing this we will need to reconfigure each NW to use its own HTTPS port (443 & 1443 for example).

Do you think it's possible technically ?

If so what would be the benefits of such solution ?

We restarted server, we started sap and system turned green. After few seconds (without trying to connect to the system) system turned yellow and we show that disk+work process was on stop status.

We not able to print multiple copies (2 or more) in SAP level but we were able to print multiples copies using non SAP applications (i.e word, excel).

I already checked in UNIX level and I dont see any stuck spools.

Can you please help me on how can I resolve this issue.
